Tape work great! Holds on my mustache but comes off pretty easy.

My husband and I have tried so many different variations of mouth tape and this one is fantastic. He's a big ol bearded guy and I wear multiple retainers at night. It was a tall order to fill, but we both love the comfort and ease of use and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Works great. If you have a beard, make sure to dry your lips very very well and avoid chap stick quite a bit before using. Other than that, even with a beard, if you apply properly this will keep your mouth shut and your wife happy. ;)

The tape and adhesive stick and stay stuck all night, but unfortunately there was no improvement in snoring according to my wife.

These are truly a Godsend. By placing one end on my upper lip, pulling down to attach the other end below my lower lip, it forces my mouth to stay locked, yet I can still let some air in or out, if need be out of the side of my mouth. The adhesive is so strong as I have a beard, not full, trimmed short. Thank you guys.

Other brands made me uncomfortable and I could never keep the tape on all night, it honestly scared me. But this one is completely different. The material is non toxic, and I love that I can still get air if needed when I wear it as an "I" shape. I’ve noticed a huge boost in my daytime energy since using them.

I was hesitant to try mouth taping and it did take a few nights to get used to, but I’ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep patterns!

Yes, it sticks!!! And wow, it’s so much better than other brands that turn into a soggy mess by morning! This one actually stays put. If you have a toddler who chooses right when you put on your CPAP mask and Lulltape to launch into 20 urgent questions, you’ve got at least one solid restick before it starts to lose grip. I can’t speak for how it performs with a full beard (I’m not the target audience there), but for me it’s been mostly gentle on the skin, which I appreciate!

Tried it once and I’m hooked. I’m a serious mouth breather and was honestly nervous to try mouth tape, but I heard about this brand on a podcast and liked the sound of the materials they use. Better than similar products

I tend to breathe through my mouth at night, so I use these to train myself to stay in nasal breathing while I sleep. I’ve tried a few different brands over the past year, and these hold up really well in comparison. I like that they come pre cut and ready to go straight out of the box, no trimming or fuss. The backing peels off easily, and the adhesive hits that sweet spot, strong enough to last the whole night, but gentle enough that it doesn’t tug when I take it off in the morning. The fabric is soft and flexible, so it doesn’t feel restrictive. I sometimes forget I even have it on. I don’t have especially sensitive skin, but after several weeks of nightly use, I haven’t had any irritation at all. The price is right in line with similar products I’ve bought, so overall I think it’s a solid value.
